Corrugated
Description
Corrugated is a structure of three layers. The outermost layers are called test-liner boards and the centre most wavy layer is called flute .In corrugated we produce four types of boxes:-
i.) Single Phase Corrugated This type of corrugation consists of two single sheets of medium size, consisting of a liner board in medium. Single phase is sold mostly as sheets for wrapping up the parcels so that the product is not damaged.
ii.) Single Wall Corrugated Single wall corrugated consists of inner liner and outer liner with a fluted sheet in the between. This helps in lowering the weight while packaging.
iii.) Double Wall Corrugated In Double Wall Corrugated there are two layers of corrugated cardboards. These are very high in durability, versatility and strength.
iv.) Triple Wall Corrugated This consists of an inner layer, outer layer and three fluted sheets glued in between.
These corrugations are extremely heavy and are mainly used for exporting the goods.
